We operate a comprehensive Customer Safety Matters policy to promote the good health and safety of our travellers abroad, only working with reputable operators who meet local and national standards. Our business also employs our own guidelines to continually assess where we send our customers, and "stop-sell" products where customer safety may be compromised.

We're committed to making big changes! As part of our commitment to our environmental policy, we set our sights on the ISO14001 accreditation. This accreditation ensures that we are doing everything within our power to reduce the environmental impact we have as a business. The accreditation is globally recognised and a key pillar in our policies.
Giving back to our community
Last year, STA Travel raised over $125,000 for Teenage Cancer Trust. We run marathons, shave heads, hold bake sales and so much more. Every year we work hard to have a positive impact on the local community and on a worldwide scale. In 2015, STA Travel formed a fundraising partnership with Teenage Cancer Trust and seven teen cancer charities around the world to help support young people living with cancer. Our mission is to raise USD $1 million.
